Pros

Great support, product, and had some great perks. Is also a great place to grow your career in tech.

Cons

Suggestive comments made in and out of the office make some people feel uncomfortable and rightfully so. People have raised this concern, and leadership and people's resources are meant with silence and walk away feeling guilty. Women in particular feel uncomfortable and they are told there is nothing to be done about a situation that has occurred time and time again. People are not solely based on merit, however you could say this happens at any company but it is more prevalent in this department.

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
