Commissions have rarely reflected a fair payout for individual revenue but at least you could justify the pain points with the work life balance and job benefits. As of a few months ago, that is no longer the case. New directives from upper management have shifted to a highly micromanaged work environment. Entire sales team is treated like they are on a performance plan even if they have proven track record of meeting and exceeding their goals. (mandatory, graded, ride-alongs with managers, weekly checks in etc.)
