Cons
Upper Management attitude about flight attendants is very straightforward. ---We wont pay you more. People keep applying, so we do not need to offer a competitive wage.--- The union is a joke. The company is playing accounting games by expensing the outrageous cost of training new employees and expensing it fully in the year its incurred. The management philosophy is 100% opposite of what is currently required to retain good people, but they actually do not care. AT ALL. Do not work here.
