Management completely disregards our needs. If we want a team-building opportunity, we have to plan it or else nothing happens. We're putting in 14-15 hours days, asking for more help and it's taken months to get any hiring response. Our responsibilities have us completely overwhelmed as well. People are getting sick, work-life balance is at an all time low, department morale is terrible, and it seems like people could start jumping ship soon.
