Pros
It's a job. Low wages. Better then unemployment or living at home. Average benefits. Upgrade time should be about avearge when compared to other regional airlines.
Cons
Management maintains a poor work envirvironment to increase turnover and reduce longevity. It seems to be all about the "holy" dollar. Wages are the lowest in the industry for over half the pilots. Schedules for the pilots are poor. Management ethics poor, they will lie or play games to save a dollar. No career opportunities. The CEO said many times, ... this is not a career company.
