Pros
Obviously it is an airline so there are flight benefits, however, they all come with a cost.
Cons
Management is a joke and a half. Received a demerit for having a baby, no lie. Also, no maternity leave. FA union is also a JOKE. The Pilots have have a little bit better. Scheduling is also horrid but all airline employees say that :-)
