      Cons

      Contract is old Morale is low Everything/Everyone will get you fired so your constantly looking over your shoulder -Even if a doctor tells you to call off you still get in trouble

      Pros

      Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

      Cons

      Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
