Pros
Love the job. Terrific/dedicated/professional flight attendants. Embraer 170/175 super regional plane to work on.
Cons
The company: cheap & petty. Good letters do not get to you, but a complaint or issue of any kind will make your phone ring instantly. (It takes the same amount of time to read and process both). Reserve is LONG and hard at Republic, with a worthless union. If going regional: apply at Endeavor or SkyWest.
