Pros
You can work as much or as little as you want which is great for us Mommy flight attendants. You also have the ability to trade and swap trips with other f/a's or pick up trips from different bases than the one you were assigned.
Cons
The pay doesn't really amount to anything unless you work all the time or you've been with the company for a million years. This airline is SUPER PETTY! The layovers aren't that great compared to other airlines. Don't choose Newark base its super busy , and alot of walking.
