Pros
Travel on Delta, American and United for free domestically. Not too much more internationally. Ability to drop reserve days starting off. Get the days off you want, unless you want 10 days off, then you will not get all of those days off, maybe 4-5 of those days. Able to pick up work trips out of base.
Cons
THE PAY ISN'T GOOD AT ALL. YOU WILL BE BROKE. I MEAN BROKE. At least raise the starting to $22 an hour. That will help with retention. The money you spend on hiring and training employees, you waste because they quit! Use that money to pay Flight Attendants more and they will stay. People can't afford to live. I barely get paid $1,000 a month. And that's working full-time.
