      paid training, shorter trips, more laid back, some international travel (but not trans-Atlantic), Great way to gage if being a flight attendant is for you and to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      pay is relatively low, compared to other airlines, if you want trips globally this may not be for you.

      Pros

      Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

      Cons

      Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
