There’s too much politics going on within the agency, no matter where you take your opinion it doesn’t matter if you’re not up close and personal with the management. They have their own bell bent ways of doing stuff no matter what you do they push you down. They have so many cultural policies in place yet it’s the most racist company you could ever imagine. Thinking it’s a part of bigger holdings, it would be good but the hierarchy is such that your opinion won’t count, backstabbing is a common theme.
