Pros

No pros of note, all of the same offerings as any other tech company these days. Unlimited PTO, remote first, blah, blah, blah. If those are your “pros” these day, you’re in trouble.

Cons

History is repeating itself as they squander another great product idea with poor execution when it comes to company growth (anyone see what happened to InsightSquared??). Layoffs are the norm. The sales org has turned over too many times to count. Former employees are met with unfounded lawsuits when they move on from the company and move forward in their careers. I truly have never witnessed a more toxic culture than what is fostered by the executive team at Reprise. Employees constantly feel pressure to work long hours, with zero appreciation for their efforts, while friends of the Founder jump between VP level roles that they are unqualified for. If you are even considering a job at Reprise, save yourself the anxiety and time and go ahead and apply directly for unemployment, because you’ll most likely be met with a layoff or "re-org" in the future and need the benefits.

Pros

The leadership team at Reprise is thoughtful and clearly invested in building something meaningful in the demo automation space. There is a strong vision and the product itself is genuinely innovative, so I'm bullish on where the technology is headed. What really sets Reprise apart is the AI-first culture internally. The team doesn't just talk about AI, they actively integrate it into how they work day to day. It makes the company feel forward-thinking and energizing to be part of.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are the usual scaling challenges and processes are still being built out in some areas. But that's more of a feature than a bug if you like having influence over how things take shape.

Pros

Remote work and exciting industry.

Cons

Product is not ready for primetime Arrogant leadership As soon as they face resistance (implementation, retention, long sales cycles, etc.) they do a 180 and change strategy - happens quarterly Revolving door of people - waves of layoffs (easily 60%+ turnover across the entire org) where it seems like either talented people leave on their own due to mismanagement or they completely gut entire departments only to re-hire 12-18 months later and give it another go. They legit tell dept leaders that they have the right to assess their teams performance and clean house in their first 90 days of tenure. Not an environment you can make mistakes and learn and grow - you'll be on the chopping block after the first misstep Sky high expectations despite not being put in positions to succeed due to mismanagement of the business Benefits are a joke
