Pros
- The company is going through a very exciting time of transformation and growth, there has not been a dull day since I joined! - Company values are clear and transparent in the way staff are treated. - Office culture is great and the department is filled with very genuine and friendly people who operate in a non-hierarchical environment (which is rare to see) - Plenty of room for growth and experimentation, as the roles are not rigid and constricting - The office is a fun and lively place to work- free coffee/ snacks/ game tables and its dog friendly! Overall I look forward to coming to work everyday, as it's a safe and healthy environment, I would highly recommend!
Cons
There is a slight grey area when it comes to finding the optimal time to make a suggestion regarding the improvement and creation of new processes. Ideas are heavily encouraged, but there could be improved discussion between the tech team on suggestions if they differ/clash with the ideas and dedicated time frame already in place.
