Provides me with a lot of structure and support for practicing. It is a community with smart, skilled, and experienced therapists who share a common philosophy for practice. A good place if you want to balance clinical work with learning/training opportunities.

The virtual-first environment is an adjustment but makes it flexible and easy as long as you know how to nurture your life outside of work. All the therapists meet weekly for group consultation with our supervisor and it is nice to see everyone and get to know each other better.

great work environment despite being just virtual, compensation seems comparable to other practices, but with more employee benefits, lots of support and training opportunities, great clients and client-therapist matching, smart and diverse team, smooth running and competent administration, innovative and exciting place to work

I wish there were more opportunities for in-person work and meeting in-person with colleagues, fee-for-service work is an adjustment to get used to since it can ebb and flow
