Cons
No proper working time for operation executive you have to work 24/7 some times. Multi tasking not in a good way its like burden sometime. you have to perform many thing in a time. sometime you have to do sales, labour work also. Actual working not match with the JD. No fun activity and encouragement session in Branch.
