Working here has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. Leadership genuinely cares and listens, which fosters a culture of trust and open communication. There’s a strong emphasis on collaboration without micromanagement, which creates space for innovation and personal ownership. The team celebrates wins big and small, and there’s a shared sense of purpose that makes the work feel meaningful. I’ve felt supported through challenges and recognized for my contributions consistently.

Like any fast-paced environment, things move quickly and priorities shift often. But the transparency and support from leadership help navigate that with confidence.

The company is currently quite small but as we become more successful, we will continue to grow! The atmosphere here is supportive and motivating! The mistakes I've made have never garnered anything but an opportunity to improve and support from my team to learn and grow. Leadership here is amazing! They manage with compassion and lead with enthusiasm. They encourage ownership of processes; I haven't been micromanaged since I started and completed projects haven't been nitpicked. Time off is generous, to day the least. I've never had so much time off as a new employee! And when I asked for one salary range, they exceeded it. Benefits are extensive, too! They don't just say they care about us, they prove it.

I prefer to be in-person but the climate we live in now dictates a remote situation. Regardless, we are given ample opportunities to communicate casually so it's not as lonely as I anticipated it would be.
