      get to drive a bus that sometimes works

      Cons

      busses not maintained drivers expected to deal with major overtime for free because well contract work. constant guilt trips because they cannot keep employees or contracts. I often had to buy my fluids. I have driven bus for driver 7 years, and this was by far the most manipulative.

      Pros

      -Extremely well maintained buses. -highest emphasis on getting all repairs done within 24 hours and properly. -own wash bay. -cares greatly about driver well being and student safety. -take your bus home if it makes sense. -Excellent if you need lots of time and can`t do full time work.

      Cons

      -Part time only, therefor pay, while decent for the industry, is very low and not at all going to provide a living income on its own. -route availability is determined by contracts such as with the school board.
