Pros
RentVision is hands-down one of the best places I’ve ever worked. From day one, I’ve felt supported, valued, and challenged in the best ways. Leadership genuinely cares about people, not just as employees, but as individuals. They encourage growth through a "people development program", continuously recognize hard work through recognition lunches and fizzy Fridays. All departments are very helpful when you have questions and don't hesitate to jump in and offer assistance where needed. It's a very teamwork oriented place, which is such a breath of fresh air. I would contribute a lot of that from leadership being great from the top down.
Cons
Honestly, this one is hard to answer. I would say just the usual challenges of a growing company. Processes evolve quickly and things can change fast. But even that comes with opportunity to shape how things are done.
