No work life balance. If you are offered this job, you must remember to take your time off at this company. Lunchbreaks, days off, vacation should all be taken. Do not sacrifice any free time to give more to the company. The work will still be there when you get back. In other words, Give the company 45 hours maximum. Keep a clock on your phone. Trust me, this will be the most important part to manage in this position.
