Pros
The countryside outside is nice to look at. If you just want a paycheck, no progression, no responsibility, no freedom and can take mundane work all day everyday then this is for you.
Cons
Awful communication at all levels, extremely inefficient. Onsite work mandatory 3+ days. Set start and end times and lunch times (unheard of for a software engineer in any other company), can't start work after 9am. Lunch time is for walking, eating lunch at your desk is expected. No public transport, you must drive to work or car share. No ability to address problem managers/employees - if you get bullied you will lose your job, not the bully. Pay is very low for software engineering. No responsibility at all until a senior software engineer, so your progression is miles behind that at any other company. Bad software engineering practices engrained and extremely difficult to shift. Most employees have been here 20+ years and are set in very outdated ways, or have been here less than 2 years and looking to leave. Pretty much no diversity of any kind.
