have to work a few nights and weekends. Role is repetitive, as is in any call center but that is a con. hourly pay rate is okay, bonuses make up for it.

Training is well executed - however not complete when you begin appointments. Leads provided. They feed you

Only a few reps are making money, and they continue to get the prime leads- creating a situation where you have no chance to ever make the monies mentioned in interview. How you get paid is not explained - lots of hoops to jump thru. Leads are inconsistent , 70% not qualified to purchase this very expensive product. Ownership does not understand the market .
