Pros
I was able to work with many people in many domains. I extended my working experience within my domain with new procedures and softwares. The trainings there were helpful and covering many fields (personal development, working procedures).
Cons
Compensation was medium and sometimes sup-par of the working market. Some managers weren't up to the tasks. The work atmosphere was sometimes gloom.
