Pros
Good work/life balance , work with people who like cars , lots of opportunities to learn and work on interesting topics... good training system
Cons
poor compensation (they think loving cars is an enough reward... but it was 10 years ago, before jobs became boring...) , poor brand image (and therefore poor revenues and low budget to work) Don't expect to climb if you are not a friend of a big boss... that's how poor managers stay with good positions. And the CEO is too scary to be told the truth... Strategy is not very clear : low cost ? premium ? innovation ?
