HR was’t supportive on carer path. Need to rely on self networking to find job advancement. Poor management do not get penalised but working stafff does.

Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.
Cons
As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
