Lean horizontal hierarchy, good co-worker relationships, information available from internal sources and responsible people directly. Interesting, dynamic, intense jobs. International environment, covering multiple countries at once.
Cons
Small chances for promotion, low realization of training and additional employee education. Relatively low salaries for the industry. Lots of meetings, deadlines, last minute changes and overall a high pressure, high stress workplace.
