      The ACT Care team and therapists are a wonderful group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely sketchy pay pattern. Confusing, exploitive, and downright deceptive HR policies. Terrible training methods and extremely poor response to the pandemic.

      Pros

      the act team is community-based therefore you are more in control of your time and are able to do a lot of work from home.

      Cons

      You have to do behavioral intervention notes and that seems to be the most important thing to Renaissance as opposed to the welfare of the clients.
