There are zero reasons. I came I to the company with a professional background and was fed lies about the benefits, the work culture and the overall operation of the company. It was so awful, within the short time I was there, every manager had quit. We had a wonderful team of people that were worn down by the inexperienced owner. It could've been a great company if it were owned by someone else.

The owner is the most unprofessional man I have ever worked with. He literally told his team he doesn't want people to say please or thank you, just tell people what to do. He truly believes a dictatorship will retain employees. Maybe the steroids got to his head but it was unbearable. Never met someone who could care less about the values he preaches. He doesn't care about any customer as I was getting calls of the owner taking large checks for work and a whole year later, nothing had started. Unethical practices and broken promises lead by the most disrespectful and disgusting human who refuses to be accountable and thinks he is invincible to the law. Retaliation and harassment is his leadership style. Unfortunately for him it is very illegal to practice withholding people's money they worked for.
