Very good management, no b/s, no hidden agenda. You know what the boss wants from you, don't have to guess,

Well it was a Russian-based bank, don't see them open back anytime soon. But if they start something independent - highly recommended employers.

Small company structure - great core values and desire to get things done by everyone. Many opportunities to learn and to develop yourself.

Cons

Rapidly changing business directions, very challenging to get promoted internally. Potentially unstable market conditions can severely effect operations
