If you are on the Leadership Team they will provide you with a company car...and lots of entertainment perks. When bad company news is communicated the leaders buy you lunch. Keep your pizza and sandwiches. So strategic. So predictable. It’s entertaining.
Cons
Lack of honesty from leadership. They have no idea how to run a company. Employees are miserable there. Even the Human Resources Dept has walked out/resigned as fast as they can. That department has turned over about 4x in 4 years.
