      Pros

      Salary is decent considering it is an intermediary with the client. They handle your government benefits and all that. Very responsive HR staff even the owner is very accommodating. They match you with their clients of course. Very helpful company especially the HR side. They have regular check-in sessions with employees with the owner and HR staff present during the meetings.

      Cons

      Nothing really. work ceased due to client factors not the company. Salary is not as high as direct clients but you expect that if they handle all your benefits, taxation, HR matters.

      Pros

      Working at Remotify was genuinely a good experience. The people are easy to work with, and the leadership team isn’t afraid to give praise or honest feedback when it’s needed. They actively support training and upskilling, which says a lot about how much they invest in their team. Though my work with them was short. As an EOR, they know their craft 100%. Clients can expect a smooth, worry-free experience hiring PH talent, and employees can expect to be well taken care of, from onboarding all the way to offboarding if things don’t pan out. Overall, it’s a fun group of people doing great work.

      None, really. You can expect great things from the company if you work with them in any capacity
