My submitted documents clearly met all three of their stated requirements — internet speed of 170 Mbps (exceeding their 100–150 Mbps requirement), Windows 11 Pro with Intel i7 and 16GB RAM, and an EF SET English score of 90/100 rated C1/C2 Advanced. Despite this, I was rejected and told none of my submissions met their requirements. When I appealed with detailed evidence, they dismissed it without addressing any of my specific points. The review process lacks transparency and thoroughness. I would advise applicants to keep copies of everything they submit.
