      Pros

      There's a great vibe to work here, the team is small but a really talented and cohesive team. In spite of being a remote company, we were able to handle a multi-million dollar business in the SaaS world, which is incredible.

      Freedom to be creative and be part of the change. Freedom to work at your own pace. You are trusted to do your job and respected for your hard work.

      Cons

      It is still a startup so you have to be ok with going with the flow. It can be fast paced so you have to be willing to work.
