Once great place turned out just okay - Administrative Assistant Reminger Employee Review

Hybrid schedule is picked by seniority and you are expected to cover other people in the office resulting in loosing out alot of your remote days. No reward for good work or additional case load. PTO is not substantial just okay as no sick time, it's all included in your PTO. Micromanaging by attorneys, management or lack thereof, high level of favoritism. Emails and tests received outside of working hours and often times unrealistic expectations of workload ect. Salary is just reasonable however yearly bonuses are not guaranteed and or low. Overall toxic work environment.
