It is like Google minus the indoor slides and community electric bikes. - Lots of flexibility

- it is a start up mentality. not all people are good fits for this environment. If structure is your need then this would be a con - fast growing so things are always changing. If you like stability also look to as a con - You can't get away with not working. If you like this in big corporate atmosphere this would also be a big con.
