Good manager very helpful and understands your problems

Sometimes you have to work overtime and there is no compensation

It's was a good company but now it's a mess.

There were so many, 1. Highly mismanaged, lack of proper leadership to properly channelise the resources. Tech solutions are often taken on the basis of assumptions. 2. No optimized solution, only brute force approach works here, even future planning is not there which is why system gets too complicated and bug prone with time. It works like hackathon is going on. 3. Repeated task eat developers time, causing more burden. Things need to be automated, and handed over to product team but it seems there no plan for that either. 4. Some seniors are not active, and they are not overlooked which causes juniors to work more. 5. Salary is less with no benifits, HR is not cooperative. 6. Internal politics is there and blame shift of anything goes wrong.
