Working at Reliz has been an incredibly positive and fulfilling experience. From my very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported — the atmosphere here is extremely friendly, and there’s a strong sense of team spirit that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the leadership. The managers are not only professional and competent, but truly empathetic and approachable. You always know that if you have a question, hit a roadblock, or just need to talk something through, someone will be there to help — and not because they have to, but because they want to. That kind of support is rare and invaluable. The salary is very competitive, which is always appreciated, but what really makes a difference is how much people here care about what they do. You can see it in everyday interactions — people are passionate, motivated, and truly invested in making things better. Not everything is perfect just yet — some internal processes are still being ironed out — but you can clearly feel the drive to improve. It’s exciting to be part of that journey, to help shape how things evolve. I’ve worked at a few different places, but Reliz stands out in the best way. It’s a company where you feel seen, heard, and trusted. There’s room to grow, room to speak up, and room to be yourself. I’m really proud to be part of this team, and I honestly look forward to what we’ll build together next.
