Pros

The product is well-designed, functional, and user-friendly.

Cons

The CTO is highly biased, prioritizing family and friends for the tech team hiring, while lacking empathy for employees. The entire tech team is based in Guatemala, where employees are overworked, hired on contracts without insurance, and face significant collaboration challenges. The U.S. team also experiences heavy workloads with little work-life balance. The CEO is secretive about the company’s growth and future direction. Employees receive no equity, despite their contributions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we genuinely regret that your time with Relish left you feeling this way. We strive to build a workplace that values fairness, inclusivity, and transparency, and we take concerns around hiring practices, work-life balance, and employee support very seriously. Our team in Guatemala — and across all locations — is vital to our success, and we’re continuously working to improve communication, benefits, and collaborative tools across time zones and cultures. While not every detail shared aligns with our internal understanding, feedback like this is an important reminder that we always have room to grow. We remain committed to listening, learning, and building a workplace that people are proud to be part of.

Pros

Like every organization I have worked for, Relish demands excellence as an Account Executive. What really put a smile on my face, Relish has a "Culture Club". In the past all "clubs" for companies I worked at required overachieving quota. Relish wants employee's to add to the Culture! No toxic culture here! Love this!

Cons

Need to wait 90 days for 401K.

Pros

- fully remote - the MacBook came fresh out of the box - the monthly all-hands meetings were informative

Cons

- monthly pay - only 15 days of PTO - there is constant turnover on the Product Team as Product Managers are either fired or driven by management - the CTO has an ego and doesn't speak professionally to anyone ever - the CTO, who just started in April, will set you up for failure and never consult those who are in place to perform a role. It's his way or the highway. - this company terminates employees constantly. There will be no severance and there is no regard for what someone must do to keep health insurance for their family.
