Pros
They have an awesome and in depth training program for Claims Examiners. For the first 2 months you spend half the day in class and the other half working on a small caseload with a Mentor. They really try to make you feel welcome at first but that ends quickly.
Cons
Office politics. I had to leave after I saw lazy coworkers getting promotions purely based on how long they had been employed there without complaining about the unfair practices and poor raises. When those employees tanked in the new position, they received an additional promotion to move them elsewhere and out of the way. I felt all my hard and exemplary work went unnoticed and unrewarded. If you are great at your job, it won't be easy to go anywhere else within the company.
