Pros
1. Reliance Entertainment holds a great Brand name of RELIANCE to attract talent. 2. The business model and the Joint Ventures are good to generate revenue 3. Having various businesses works as a plus, as there are multiple revenue/ income streams.
Cons
1. Very weak/indecisive management. 2. Zero investment in people, though people are the biggest assets in M&E besides content. 3. Huge delays and great indecisiveness on people-related decisions. 4. Not a data-driven company, functions on emotions and feel/gut factors..... too much speculation and no data.
