Pros

* The pay is decent, but below market average * Benefits are on par with a small business * Opportunity for those with personal connections to advance * Some may thrive in an unstructured environment if they prefer autonomy

Cons

* Nepotism & Favoritism: Promotions and projects are based on personal relationships rather than merit, leading to a lack of diverse perspectives. * Poor Communication: Leadership is disconnected, rarely providing clear guidance, feedback, or updates. * Low Morale & Toxic Culture: Employees feel undervalued and overlooked, resulting in dissatisfaction. * Lack of Training & Support: New hires receive little to no structured training, making it difficult to succeed. * High Turnover: Many employees leave due to frustration with inadequate resources and unclear expectations. * Lack of Innovation: Favoritism and poor leadership stifle creativity and productivity.

Pros

If you are a PLC programmer (and don’t need any guidance or training) there can be some work here for you. If you are a field technician, there could be some project work here for you.

Cons

If there was one word to describe this company it would be unprofessional. There is no training, no structure. This place is disorganized chaos, it’s actually a joke amongst people in the office. This whole organization is fly by the seat of your pants, without a map, without a GPS, without a trained pilot, and your airplane is made out of wet cardboard. If you are an engineer looking to develop, or an actual competent engineer at all – no real engineering occurs here. This is a company for techs. You won’t experience how a good, professional organization is run here. If anything, you will pick up bad habits if this is your first job out of college. This all has to do with the competence side of the house, but then you delve into the ethics department… I’ve seen so many instances where management did wrong by their people – esp. to some of their most talented folks. There are some good people here, but these are mostly field people and/or non-US citizens. Many of those people are stuck between a rock and a hard place and often get jerk*d around. There have been so many instances across the board where promises were broken or not kept. Management keeps stringing people along. At the end of the day we are all employees, but there are certain places that really make you feel like they are using you… but that might just have been my personal experience. Dishonest.
