Pros
I feel like the C-Suite Execs are extremely approachable and genuinely care about their employees. Everyone, even the upper-ups, are thoughtful, considerate, and believe recognizing hard work (and thanking you for it.) I feel valued, and am proud to be a part of this team. The whole company believes in transparency and accountability. It is very refreshing to work for a company where you feel valued and listened to.
Cons
The Cons that apply are out of the company's control. There is so much uncertainty in the healthcare industry with new regulations (and maybe rolling back to old) that we don't know what the landscape will look like in a year or beyond.
