Pros
The company provided food every 2 Thursday. The food was delicious but you have to be quick since it's a buffet catering and you have to share with the whole company. Easy to apply if you agree to do hard labor in the lab. Fire assay isn't easy!!!
Cons
The temperature is extremely hot with no air conditioning including winter. The upper management is extremely tough. When there are no work, you better finding something to do or they will bring you to the HR office. The HR lady will lecture you the whole 30 minutes. Also, low pay compare to the danger of the work. They will also yell at you if you work 15 minutes overtime.
