Pros
Relay42 is a great place to work. Everyone is great and supportive, and they make you feel part of the team from the very beginning.
As for the internship itself, you learn a lot about privacy and compliance as you are involved in different tasks from the beginning which helps you to understand how everything works in practice. Also, you often get to interact with people from different departments which makes everything much more interesting.
All in all, a very positive experience!
Cons
The only con I can think of is that it is not always clear whether there will be opportunities to stay or not once the internship is over. But even then they are transparent about it and willing to help.
