Toxic culture with management that fails to share information during meetings.
Why do certain managers make their employees feel like they aren't heard when they bring their ideas and concerns to the table? They feel ignored. Certain managers feel like their ideas are always more important than their employees. The same managers will talk down to you in meetings and constantly interrupt their employees. There have been at least 3 or 4 layoffs now without warning. Then when they lay off the people who busted their butts at this job, their work gets piled on the rest of the team scrambling.
There is a lot of blame from upper management when things go wrong and they like to point fingers in front of the whole company.
