Pros

Great opportunities for advancement Exciting industry Co-founders have an amazing blend of business acumen and emotional intelligence which is rare Very flexible, and great continued training Great benefit packages that are continually improving. People centric culture, where they want the best for employees.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but it's not for people who don't do well with change or fast pace environments, or who are lazy. It's a startup in the fintech industry, so you need to be able to be flexible, have grace with leadership in those changes, and provide your honest input. It's not just show up to collect a paycheck job, you truly need to own the work that you do.

Pros

There is nothing worth mentioning

Cons

- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
