Sales leadership were great Lumper product was cool

Cons

felt like things changed every month never had a real month commission plan totally unattainable - 2/15 reps hit, told that we just had to work harder executive leadership out of touch and generally offensive

Pros

There is nothing worth mentioning

Cons

- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in - Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time - New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there - The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return - Plans constantly change without warning - Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised -Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation - Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided - There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
