Pros

The people who have chosen to stay are solid.

Cons

Everyone walks on eggshells when the President of the company is on the premises. He micromanages every aspect of the company and discourages independent thought by his actions and how he treats his employees. The environment is so toxic that they had to bring in a consultant to attempt to change the culture, requiring every employee to attend a 2 day "leadership" course. In actuality, everyone knows that the course was designed to address the President's own negative and destructive traits and it was simply a way to disguise the huge elephant in the room that no one has the courage to discuss. Many talented and professional people have left or will leave soon because of the inability of the owners to see the common denominator in the revolving door equation. It's sad, really, because the owners worked very hard at building the company and they gave the keys to someone who alienates everyone, except the chosen few, at every turn.

Pros

I GET TO WORK AT A RESPONSIBLE TIME ..GET DELIVEREIS DONE AND HOME EVERY NIGHT AT A DECENT HOUR

Cons

I just have one problem..It is that when I have a problem with my settlements..I call to get results and I'm passed around to everyone and get no results..then they tell me to send a email..that takes 3 to 5 business days to respond to and by that time my settlement has already been paid with the error..other than that I love working with these guys but they have to work on that part

Pros

Flex schedule, working independently, can refuse pick-ups/deliveries that are not lucrative

Cons

Accepting out of town deliveries with the promise of more work when returning to the area. This has yet to happen - which means miles driven without a "load" and not getting paid for 90+ miles back to the office or home. So that run that was worth $95 - deduct $15 for personal mileage/gas. Actually losing money while working for them. Two stars for the flexibility.
