Pros
Truly great team members, with people that care deeply about each other. Good decision makers, exceptional engineers, and great work life balance. Most organizations have exceptional talent with highly motivated individuals. Really great executive team that is inclusive and amplifies teams rather than buries them.
Cons
Change in direction can be challenging, but is always justified and explained well to the business needs. Relativity is very much a startup environment, and it can be challenging to operate and execute as we are still building out business operations.
