Pros
Good reputation in "control systems" field (great for boost knowledge into this area and obtain business experience).
Cons
Bad salaries (and you'll only figure that when your internship contract finish... they have good salaries for internship). They use to offer less then the engineer's minimum wage. The company is very "old fashioned" and does not have a relaxed environment. It also has a lot integration of problems including hard relationship between each department's members. In general Raivax has not integrated departments and has a lot of bureaucracy between them.
